Water Damage to Complete Kitchen Remodel

What Happened

Maggie & Brian Todd live in Santee, CA with their two young children. When they encountered a malfunctioning kitchen sink, they discovered their return pipe had disintegrated. Water flooding ran deep underneath their kitchen causing massive damage.

The Solution

When 3D arrived, they assessed the situation and inspected the area for moisture levels and mold. They moved furniture away from the area to prevent more damage.

After working closely with the client’s insurance company, 3D helped the client not only secure the budget required to repair the kitchen, but allow them to afford a full kitchen remodel.

First and foremost, pipes were repaired and flooring concrete was closed. 3D then reduced a wall to make room for the newly designed kitchen plans. New cabinets, tiles, and appliances were installed to complete the kitchen.
